Common Questions About Wallpapers
You can purchase wallpaper glue along with your order. Simply add the glue to your cart during checkout before completing your purchase. One purchase of glue is sufficient for the entire order. The glue comes in powder form and needs to be mixed with water. Instructions for mixing the glue will be included with your order. Alternatively, you can buy pre-mixed wallpaper glue for non-woven wallpapers at your local hardware store.
The cost of our wallpaper varies depending on the motif and material you choose. To get an exact price, simply select your preferred motif, fill in your wall dimensions, and choose the material. Our pricing is based on one square meter as the minimum cost.
Our wallpapers are printed on demand according to your wall's dimensions. Measure the widest part of your wall for width and the tallest part for height. Add 6-10 cm (2.5-4 inches) to these measurements for installation margin. Then, select your motif and add the measurements. In most cases, you may need to crop the image to fit the wall's proportions. If you plan to order wallpaper larger than 600 centimeters (240 inches) in width or 350 centimeters (140 inches) in height, we recommend contacting us before ordering to ensure the image quality is suitable for enlargement.
Adding a margin of error is necessary since not all walls are perfectly straight. When applying wallpaper to the wall, ensure the first strip aligns correctly, using a plumb line or spirit level. Also, make sure to have an equal amount of margin at the ceiling and floor when hanging the first strip. We recommend adding 6-10 cm (2.5-4 inches) to both height and width as a margin of error. For walls larger than 600 cm (240 inches) in width and 350 cm (140 inches) in height, we recommend a minimum of 10 cm (4 inches) for margin of error.
Our wallpaper is printed on panels that are 45 cm (17.72 inches) wide, matching the height you specify for your wall. We print the wallpaper in the width you order, which means that in most cases, the last panel is only partially printed. For instance, if you order 300 cm (118 inches) in width, the wallpaper will arrive in seven panels, with the last panel having 30 cm (12 inches) of printed motif, while the remaining 15 cm (6 inches) is unprinted, white wallpaper.
Your wallpaper will arrive in one or more rolls, ready for cutting along a dotted line. It is carefully packaged with tissue paper in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box. Assembly instructions are included. Box dimensions: 50x15x15 cm. For larger orders, please note that they will be sent in multiple boxes.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and even. For walls with significant color changes, priming is recommended. Avoid porous or absorbent surfaces like plastered walls and chipboard without priming. Do not apply wallpaper on rust-prone surfaces like sheet metal or aluminum.
Non-woven wallpaper is not only easy to install but also simple to take down. To get started, you'll need a bucket of lukewarm water, a cloth or sponge, and a wallpaper scraper. Begin by finding a seam and gently loosen the wallpaper from the wall. You should be able to peel off large sections of the top layer. If the wallpaper is stubborn, carefully score it with the scraper and then moisten it with the cloth. Wait a few minutes, then continue to peel or scrape the wallpaper away from the wall. The moisture will reactivate the adhesive, making it easier to remove. Once the wall is clear of wallpaper, easily wipe away any remaining adhesive residue with a damp cloth. If there were multiple layers of wallpaper on the wall, older wallpaper may also come off when you remove the non-woven wallpaper. If you're unsure, we recommend consulting a professional for guidance.
We don't recommend installing our wallpapers in wet rooms, outdoor areas, or high-humidity environments. If you're unsure about where to use our wallpapers, feel free to contact our customer service for guidance.
You can certainly install our wallpaper on the kitchen wall. For kitchen walls, we recommend our Premium Matte material, as it comes with a protective layer that allows you to wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild cleaning products. If you plan to place the wallpaper above a sink, it's a good idea to install a backsplash in front of it, such as a glass panel. Ensure that the wallpaper adhesive has thoroughly dried before installing the glass. For the Premium Matte material, the adhesive drying time can be up to 14 days. We do not recommend placing wallpaper above the stove. If you're uncertain about which spaces our wallpapers can be used in, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Cleaning our wallpaper is a breeze. Simply use a soft, lightly dampened cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or stains. For our Premium Matte wallpapers, you can even use a mild detergent for more stubborn marks.
Although we don't provide installation services, you can confidently tackle the installation of non-woven wallpaper. Simply follow our comprehensive step-by-step installation guides, and you'll achieve outstanding results. If you opt for professional installation, we recommend waiting until you've received and inspected your wallpaper to ensure it aligns with your expectations before scheduling a painter or installer.
When selecting a wallpaper featuring a dark pattern, it's important to bear in mind that additional care might be necessary during installation to prevent the joints between the strips from being visible. One possible outcome is that the joints might appear as white lines running along the wallpaper. This occurs because the paper is white, and it's not feasible to print color to the paper's edge. To reduce the likelihood of joints being visible, consider painting the wall in the same color shade as the wallpaper and ensuring thorough pressing and adherence of the strips against the wall. If you want to be particularly meticulous, you can use chalk in a similar shade to delicately “outline” the edge of the wallpaper before installing it. If the wallpaper has already been applied, you can “paint over” the strips using a water-based hobby paint. Mix the paint with a small amount of water until it reaches a moderately watery and flowing consistency. Then, use a thin brush to paint over the joints, allowing the paint to settle for 5 seconds before wiping it off with a dry cloth.
Yes, all our wallpapers are UV-resistant and won't fade in sunlight.
Our Peel and Stick Matte wallpaper is designed for easy application and easy removal, though it's not intended for multiple uses. Of course, you're welcome to give it a try, but we cannot guarantee that the adhesive will work as effectively upon reuse.
